EDP Safety Management System

EDP's in-house health and safety policies, procedures and arrangements are documented in the following pages.

The information is presented as a series of Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) files and therefore you need to have the free Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view them.

If you experience any problems with access or if you notice anything that you think may be out of date, please bring to the attention of the Business Support Department.

Navigation

To start navigating around the system, select a major section from the menu on the left of this page. You can then follow hyperlinks in the documents that open up.

You should be able to navigate backwards and forwards between documents that you have previously opened by using the backward and forward arrows in the navigation bar displayed across the top of each document.

If these arrows are not visible, follow the instructions below.

How to configure Adobe Acrobat Reader

To display Backward and Forward arrows in the navigation bar:

• From the Tools Menu, select Customize Toolbars
• Scroll down to the Page Navigation Toolbar section
• Select tick boxes against the Previous View and Next View options
